OUR OIL AND WINE ARE OF OUR OWN PRODUCTION, GIFTS FROM THE SPLENDID HILLS THAT HOST US
Having a vineyard has always been papŕ Vittoriano's dream, so big that when he acquired these magnificent lands on the hills of Camaiore, he immediately prepared to start producing what would have becomed his Bianco di Frontiera (Frontier White). It was 2008, three years before the opening in the new location. At that time, we did not yet know how long it would take to renovate the old building, but in the meantime, we had our wine. One step at a time.
Dry, aromatic, fruity, Bianco di Frontiera is a 100% Vermentino that today produces about 2,000 bottles per year. In addition to the wine, La Dogana also produces a highly fragrant extra virgin olive oil, which you can find on the table.

La Dogana is a panoramic restaurant situated on the hills of Camaiore, surrounded by lush vineyards and olive groves, with a breathtaking view of the sea. It blends traditional cuisine, reminiscent of times gone by, with more innovative and contemporary dishes, all within an elegant and modern yet welcoming and familiar ambiance.
