Two realities, united by a shared vision: to welcome, satisfy, and make every guest feel at home - with style.
It all began in the summer of 1975. Two young lovers, Vittoriano and Lidia, invested their courage and aspirations into opening a small restaurant on via Sarzanese, in the dogana district, where duty was once paid.
The restaurant quickly won hearts, becoming a beloved spot for those seeking authentic cuisine and a warm, sincere welcome.
In 2011, La Dogana relocated to the hills of Camaiore, with a breathtaking sea view.
The name stayed, as it represents their roots, history, and identity.
Today, that dream lives on. Lidia and her son Daniele continue to run the restaurant with passion, blending traditional dishes with a more modern and refined approach. Alongside them is a close-knit team of chefs, sommeliers, maîtres, and young professionals.
The same care, the same soul, is now also present at Panama.
